My Story
Dawn Starr is an enablement navigator who possesses a collaborative, thoughtful, measured approach, and delivers critical support for performance development and revenue productivity. Dawn has 14+ years’ business development experience including department leadership, cross-functional strategic initiative delivery, B2B sales, products/services GTM, account governance and escalation, enablement training program development, change management, and coaching. Dawn is equally effective in the mid-size SaaS start-up environment to large publicly traded global learning and development corporation.
Dawn has a Master of Public Health from Indiana University, Bloomington. She received the President’s "Award of Excellence" for demonstrating hard work, dedication, engagement, and partnership from the International Society for Performance Improvement.
Outside of work, Dawn enjoys adventuring with her daughter, Gabby, road trips, live music, lake life, theme parties, snuggling furry friends, cheese, watching The Office, and avoiding burpees and lunges.
